Andrew Carroll

Andrew qualified as a Mat Pilates instructor through Stott in 2004. He has continued learning over the years qualified up to advanced level. 

Interest in the human body and mind has lead Andrew to becoming a tutor of anatomy and physiology to personal trainers as well as studying in the areas of nutrition and yoga. 
Movement is very important to him. He loves dance.  He practices different types of movement every day and he teaches Calisthenics to people of all ages-  He has his parents, both 70, doing pull ups and handstands against the wall.
A few years ago Andrew became really interested in breathwork and decided to move to a small island in Indonesia called Nusa Penida where he learned to free dive and control my breathing. 
Andrew likes to help people be as strong as they can be. 

Interesting fact- he ran solo Mizen Head to Malin Head and he loved sourdough so much he did a Culinary Arts degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts.
