Kasia began her Pilates journey five years ago. She quickly realised that her Mat and Reformer training helped strengthen, tone and stretch her body as well as focus her mind. Her passion for Pilates grew to the point where she realised she wanted to teach. She studied the Classic Pilates Method, before signing up for the Internationally recognised Six Month Balanced Body Mentorship Programme. “For me, Pilates is about Strength, and Stretch, and Control” says Kasia. “Pilates is an exercise that will charge your body as it chills your mind. You will feel invigorated at every level, and no matter what level you go to, there will always be a challenge. That’s why I love it.”
