Máire Wall, MISCP Chartered Physiotherapist
Máire holds a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Therapy. Máire has a wide range of clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation, women’s health and cardiorespiratory from the UK and Ireland. She has a special interest in chronic neck/shoulder/back pain and sports related injuries. Her treatment focuses on a combination of patient education, exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques (dry needling, mobilisations, and trigger point therapy).
Máire believes the best way to prevent the recurrence of an injury, is the correct combination of exercise and manual therapy whilst incorporating the biopsychosocial approach. She not only focuses on the physical injury but the biological and the social factors which may hinder quick recovery.
She has a keen interest in the latest training techniques and developments in evidence-based practise.
