An avid runner, who has completed five marathons, Samantha took her love for running and obtained Road Runners Club of America Level 1 Coaching Certification. Samantha is also a big fan of both Yoga and Pilates, and has seen the benefits of both in her running, and in helping deal with the stresses of her life and career.
Samantha has completed a six month intensive Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor course, which enables her to teach the full repertoire of Pilates including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrels and the Cadillac/Trap Table/Tower.
Samantha has also completed the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Teacher Training Certification. Samantha intends to bring her energy and passion to her Yoga and Pilates classes, hoping to infuse those who attend her classes with the same enthusiasm and feel good factor.
