Claire Gallagher

Claire is a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with 17 years of expertise in spinal, neurological, orthopaedic, and sports rehabilitation. She is known for her precise clinical reasoning, evidence driven approach, and commitment to restoring confident, pain free
movement. She has worked within a leading spinal institute, collaborating with orthopaedic and neurosurgical consultants in the management of disc related spinal pain, degenerative spinal conditions, and complex surgical cases. Her practice combines advanced
musculoskeletal and neurological assessment with radiological interpretation to create highly individualised rehabilitation pathways.

Claire’s earlier experience across public and private healthcare settings in Ireland and the UK provided a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and sports injury management, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation. She has also completed specialist neurological training in Florida, working with individuals with spinal cord injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and other complex conditions. This international experience strengthened her ability to manage challenging presentations with a holistic, person centred approach.

Claire is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, integrating  movement based rehabilitation to enhance strength, control, and long term resilience. She also holds certification in Dry Needling to support pain modulation and optimise muscle function. Claire holds an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from University College
Dublin and is a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist. She is dedicated to guiding each patient toward meaningful recovery, improved function, and lasting confidence in their movement.
