If you just want your muscles loosened and do not need any specific Physio assessment then a massage is what you are looking for.
We offer massage to a wide range of patients from all ages to all walks of life. We feel everyone would benefit from having their muscles rubbed and loosened. It is considered maintenance for the body.

The massage therapist will work on specific muscle groups that are frequently used during your activity, sport or working day focusing on any areas of tension or pain.

We offer a 30 minute or 45 minute sports massage appointment. We recommend a 30 minute appointment if you would like to focus on one or two body parts. If you have several areas you would like us to work on we recommend a 45 minute appointment so we can get through everything.
