I cannot recommend Louise O’Rourke & her staff enough, had a Physio session for TMJ this morn’, cannot believe the relief after 1 session. I also cannot stress how effective reformer classes are, my change in body mobility is like day & night, Carolina Pacheo & all the physios, thank you 👍

Louise established the “Louise O’Rourke Physio & Pilates Newcastle” practice in 2013 with the primary aim of providing a whole body approach to our clients’ well being. To achieve this we incorporate a range of Physiotherapy treatments and Pilates ensuring successful results for our clients and continued improvements to their health.
