Another great class today. Love how Louise mixes it up so we don’t get bored. I’m doing her classes for over 2 years and would not survive lockdown/ homeschooling without her classes to keep me going.. ( and sanell). Cannot recommend her classes & clinic highly enough.

He is amazing I’ve been to Eric twice so far and booked in to see him again next week he has worked wonders on my leg muscles with dry needling I felt so much better today after Pilates and physio with Eric highly recommended.
Teresa is an amazing teacher. she is so knowledgeable and professional and really mixes it up to always keep it interesting. An absolute legend. We all just love her and she is a natural teacher in every way. She is so attentive to each of us and gets the best out of us.

Claire is such a great instructor, she knows the ability of her students and modifies the moves to suit. She provides a great mix of motivation and challenge and keeps the classes interesting. The class just flies by! Thanks Claire

Kasia is fantastic and always makes sure you are doing it right. She always keeps the class really interesting. She has a lovely personality and her 80’s tunes are great too!!
